Lawless keeping the squad ticking over given the lack of a game on Saturday? Also maybe charging some with a bit of accountability after their shoddy performances of late.

If we’re a serious club we’re making this happen just for the song with Fanne and football.

Seeing Luke Williams and Ian Evatt are the early front runners for the job.

If it’s either of them, it’ll show the club is further out of touch of the average fan than ever during 2020’s tenure.

Having Pelly hand our kids a schooling tomorrow night will be the icing on the cake.

What could have been moment if he’d not tinkered at WBA and we’d stayed up. Genuinely believe we’d have pushed on and would have been up there this season. As it is, we’re mid table L1 and he had to go.

I would like to see us go down the first route as that is the clearest for us to ride up & be competitive in the Champ, but those appointments need to be made in the summer. It’s difficult to see who would join at this stage of the season and even more difficult to see them be effective in 25/26.

Tough, tough decision and one we need to get right (as everyone is saying).

Do we go young and idealistic from a PL system, a la McKenna or Davies?

Do we go experience and hope for the John Still culture-setting effect?

Or do we go foreign, tactic/system obsessed?

Only potential one is that Selles might be open after he flamed out at Sheffield Utd? Hardly inspiring with his Hull and Sheffield Utd experiences but did great with Reading.

It was this international break last season that Edwards should have gone. We dillydallied then and paid for it.

We can’t afford to make the same mistake this season.

Whilst I don’t feel this game is as much on MB as others this season, it’s just not good enough.

Zero character. Zero effort. A bunch of lost men seeing out 90min for a pay check.

So disappointing. After a good spell of pressure, Stevenage go up the other end and do what they do: Score an incredibly low value shot.

Great, great finish but such a disappointing goal to concede.

Stevenage as a team and as a fan base showing their true ugliness. How this lot are at the top of the league is a miracle.

Future captain?

Could see him becoming a firm fan favorite & hopefully someone who we’ll grow with back up to the PL.

His impact on the ball, along with Clark, made the difference last night. Add to that his desire to get something from the game & his passion with the goal.

He was, although he didn’t help himself with his positioning and should have been calling for support from that first minute.

This is the XI for me on Saturday.

Only potential change would be Mengi in for Bramall and pushing Kal out to LB, although with Kodua at LW the overlap and speed of Bramall would be helpful.

Both goals were shocking. First from MB being out coached by Steve Bloody Bruce in the year of our lord 2025, which itself is a sackable offense. Makosso was getting doubled and tripled up on in the opening 25’ and needed more help!

There’s a team in there though. That’s the frustrating part. Kodua feels like a real Luton player and his celebration tonight showed that. Fanne is starting to come into his own (although most are missing it). Richards looks promising. Nordas is the sort who we’d usually take into our hearts.

Credit where credit’s due. Grabbing a point shows the character of the players.

Also, MB’s changes did make a difference. Kodua, Nordas, Richards, Clark & Gbode all made their mark on the game tonight. Want to see some of them get starts on Saturday.

But before the 65’ was shocking.

He does. But he’s made a difference. Ball is actually sticking up top now rather than coming straight back at our defence.

That is hilarious refereeing with the advantage but the defender cleans out Kodua quite blatantly and Blackpool can’t have complaints about it being a foul.

MB got it very wrong for a long time tonight but the changes have made a difference, so credit it there.

Come on! Let’s get on this now.

You’re right. I just don’t like the attitude. Feels too familiar to a few from last season who felt they were too good and weren’t ready to roll up their sleeves.
