My appendix was burst inside of me for a few days before anyone realized it. I was fifteen. I had no symptoms (no fever, etc.) except a minor little pain in my abdomen. Doctors said it was because my appendix was actually in the WRONG area of my body, which is also probably why I'm still alive, so

You know, didn't feel "it" today (the dogs had a morning routine disruption and stressed me out). But I remembered #NaNoMyWay here on Bluesky, and got so hyperfocused once I started writing that I can barely tear myself away to go to sleep. Sometimes it's the little things!

Thank you so so much! I only got 851 words yesterday (March 2nd) but the vast majority of it was spent on a story placed in a world I wish I could be in for a lot longer!!

Make sure you save your work often & send back-ups to yourself; e-mail is a great way, but laptops are prepped with the restore feature too.

My new laptop wasn't set-up to restore & I started a new WIP

Just polished up and submitted my short story for this romantasy challenge! I don't think I've actually ever done romantasy before, but this helped me cultivate something I never would have otherwise on my own

The German Shepherd rubs on us like a cat.
