I’ve just looked at my Apple Watch and I’m a bit worried. Does anybody know how accurate the fitness tracker is because it’s possible I might have to take the afternoon off?

One other small issue. While listening to the Podcast I looked down at my Apple Watch fitness tracker and saw this. Gave me a bit of a shock but I might get out of doing the groceries.
