Let's be very clear. The SNAP contingency fund has money to continue benefits. Congress could release those funds even during a shut-down. Trump could sign an EO. Ending these benefits on Nov. 1 is cruel and unnecessary. #Retrumplicans own this. Say it out loud every chance you get.
