I mostly post the draft and the championship. Rhett (The Alamo Survivors) won it (over me) in a close game.

It is absurd (to me, your humble scribe) how many people in the league have been in it for over a quarter of a century.

The photo is of a considerably younger Harris with our trophy. The league is solely for the trophy; there’s no money.

I don’t actually know who all from the league is On Here, but there’s me, Harris, @andybehrens.bsky.social, @rhettmiller.bsky.social, and I think Jim McCormick is on here but under the name of like a 1978 AA-ball Phillies pitcher or something.

Keepers take the draft spot that goes with their salary—so $16+ keeper means you don’t have a first round pick.

Not as complicated as Harris’s other creation, @laligalebowski.bsky.social, but still fairly complicated.

After the draft, your most-expensive keeper’s salary goes up by $4. Your second-most-expensive keeper will inflate $3. Your third-most-expensive keeper will inflate $2. Free agents cost $10. Salaries stay the same in trades.

Salary is assigned based on draft place ($16 first round, $15 second, etc.) and increases each year. Can keep 3 players with salary totaling no more than $20. Cap of $160. Sixteen teams, a combination of experts and dummies like me (@billchilds.bsky.social).
