Hahaha that is so valid! This was our first and we did Relays in groups of 4 as a first introduction, and then we have a doubles at the end of May too! Ths exciting though hell yeah man!

I competed in my first ever Hyrox yesterday and It was physically the hardest thing I've ever done. A year ago I was completely sedentary and had let myself get so unhealthy and now running a kilometer in 3:50 and up against full time athletes, so I'm super proud of myself. 💪
