A book that’s been super helpful right now is The Fourth Turning Is Here by Neil Howe. It explores how civilizations move through 80 year cycles, ending in a Crisis era, which we’re in now, followed by a a High then an Awakening. However bad it seems, it’s cyclical and will improve.
