Down 33 lbs from my highest weight and 24 from my starting weight.

Quick fitness update: had my daughter's open house yesterday and last semester, it was the biggest struggle to walk to the building and climb the stairs.

Yesterday it was not that bad and I didn't even have to find a place to sit like I did last time.

Just finished Joe Hill's King Sorrow and I really enjoyed this gritty reboot of Pete's Dragon.

I swear, I cannot WAIT for people to give up on their fitness goals, because reader. ..today was even busier than the busiest day I've encountered. Did shoulders and chest. Those are my best attributes, so I like to keep them feeling strong.
