Nous n’avons pas : – d’assurance chômage – de médecine du travail – de congés payés – de tarif plancher – de temps de travail maximum hebdomadaire – de jours fériés 71% des personnes ayant répondu à la dernière enquête de l’ATLF (ouverte aux non-adhérents et adhérentes) s’estiment dans une situation de précarité, et les chiffres montrent que les conditions de travail se dégradent encore. 40% des traducteurs et des traductrices ont déjà connu un burn-out ou un état dépressif, contre 34% des salariés. Les traducteurs et traductrices ne prennent en moyenne que de 3,2 semaines de congés (non payés) par an. Btw, Silksong's script stands at about 90.000 words total. A pro TL would need about 2 months to translate that much, and that's with an additional editor pass.
