also communication cards can be very useful especially when it's hard to listen even the people near you :')

I use the loop experience + silencers made for them for when it gets too loud, and I can say it works well, you may hear your voice a little bit muffled tho :')
I'd def recommend taking your snacks and some fidget toys if they can help you :)
