Hi there - it was only released on quite a limited run as it came out just after Covid. I think it might be very hard to get hold of now I’m afraid. We toy with doing a reprint but I just think time moved on. Sorry.

Cracking draw! It’s not a proper World Cup unless Scotland play Brazil. We owe Morocco for last time and Haiti will be great. Very happy!

Funny to see something your wife filmed 8 years ago be at the top of the Netflix charts. (To avoid confusion it’s not Jenna Ortega). #lochness

Same with photography. Everything in a state of flux just now. Did you take part in the recent Govt consultation about AI? I fear they will just cave in to the AI companies and copyright will be a thing of the past.

Was 1am when I left the pub. A cold North Sea mist creeping in - an Edinburgh haze. I should know better by now but of course out came the cameraphone... Then to bed, safe in the knowledge I had redefined contemporary photography.

And this morning, the results.

See you all at The Tate Modern!

Love it. Had one for about 5 years now - takes a wee bit to get used to but wouldn’t go back to gas for anything.

Clearly, here I investigate the intersectionality of stone, wood and metal. Yes sir, I do.

Saw you from afar in the pub afterwards but it was too rammed to say hello. Great gig.

Ha ha! I suspect my hastily and badly built garden shed may not be long for this world.

I turned those Govt Alert things of ages ago. Getting one just felt like that time U2 made everyone listen to their new album.

I kept my account open but barely use it and very close to just quitting entirely. I have a hankering for the “I won’t be hounded out by fascists” approach but basically no-one cares if I am there or not. Including me.

Forced myself to make a start on my final submission for my Masters. Dragged out a paltry 150 words from my protesting brain. 5 months, oceans of research, and about 15000 words to go. Need a lie down now…

Doing example Still Life photos today to show my students some tips and tricks. Showing them how to get a Dutch Grand Master feel to a still life photo this morning. Much fun.

The lad has got a concert on today for his music club and I’m in the auditorium watching the stage get set up and never have I felt more tempted to grab a guitar and do the Smells Like Teen Spirit intro REALLY LOUD. Think I might - what could go possibly go wrong?
