Not used to looking at him without the face scars and the curly hair so here. Suffer with me.

Someday I should go on a rant/long discussion about the burial practices of House Voeviere and how I came to the conclusions that I did about what it would be. Maybe when I do the art that's been bouncing around in my head.

I absolutely would not mind testing it. Gosh it’s so pretty. I’d be zooming in all around it so fast. XD

Managed to download the new patch but won’t really get a chance to play until Wednesday night. Ah well. I suppose that’s how it be since I am well enough to be back at work. ^^;

They would immediately become an apologist and say he only ever assassinated guilty people for the church.

They would change his age or just remove his wrinkles.

They would make him straight and ignore all of his explorations with gender and social pressures.

Tarot Card of the Three of Swords. Astreux, a blond elezen in black armor, kneels in a field of fiery lit poppies reminiscent of the courtyard of the Vault, three swords like that of his Knight Captain plunged through him, hand defiantly grasped around it, stabilizing it, refusing to let it go, even as his bleeds out. His face is freshly mauled, eye freshly ruined and lit with blood. An uneven mockery of an orthodox halo, ablaze like blood and fire, sits behind his head. Wrapping around the entire scene is a dragon's wing, colored like Nidhogg's, slowly tightening around the card itself.

There was a prompt about what tarot card your character was and while there are so many I could go into on him with his journey (and the journey of the tarot itself), this imagery just crashed in my brain and I had to paint it.

"Spiracle" by Flower Face is one that's definitely on the playlist.

There are so many good lyrics from this, the intense delivery like desperately whispered prayers in the night, fighting against an inevitable end.
