60 hours played and credits rolled on the ‘basic’ ending. I know there’s a lot more in the post-game… but for my own sanity I’ve had enough of this beautiful nightmare of a gane.

Silksong is a special game. It’s incredible, really. It’s also intentionally cruel, borderline unfair and straight up not fun at times. It’s a 10/10 but I cannot in good faith give full marks to a game that actively wants me to have *such* a bad time so often.

This looks like near enough everything I’ve ever wanted.. with a nice smattering of unintentional horror

Sister Splinter nearly made me quit. Adding bullshit minions in an already tiny arena is not good boss design. Hate this game as much as I love it!

It’s fantastic! Looks amazing, runs flawlessly; the sense of exploration is so so good and rewarding. And I hate it.

At this point I think I hate Silksong as much as much as I love it. Wonderful, addictive, deeply frustrating and infuriating game. 10/10
