Do you partner with book binding replacement folks by chance? I ordered an old AD&D DMG and the cover is pretty wrecked and thinking about having it rebound. Would be cool to permanently replace a cover with one of your custom book covers by someone who does book repair and cover replacements.

You can also put things in the dungeon the monsters can interact with during encounters. Maybe monsters use their actions to pull some levers that release projectiles or release vats of hot oil. Just remember, the players can use these too.

You can also add a clock during battle. Maybe the room fills with sand or water and water. Players may use more resources in this situation which could make future encounters more difficult. Also if the room fills taking the shortcut, they have to a longer way around.

If you want to spice up battle, place a puzzle they need to solve during the battle. For example, players have to place spheres in the statue while fighting a group of monsters. Maybe one of the monsters runs around removing the spheres during battle.

Sometimes dice are going to dice. It's ok to let the players stomp every once in a while. Players are also pretty op in 5e compared to older editions.

See if your local table top gaming store is running any public #DND games. Local libraries may have games going as well. If you can't find one. Start GMing one!

I used to play cards with my grams growing up. She knew a ton of games to play with a simple deck of cards. Was always a good time.

There have been a few video game servers and for movies, Ultra Violet that got shut down, and folks are pretty unhappy about losing their digital media. Worried that may come to audio and digital books if it hasn't already.
