Apparently, the testimony of 40 minors was not enough to convince then U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta (later a Trump appointee) to prosecute Jeffrey Epstein.

Just want to pause on the fact that the President of the United States finds it humorous that probably poor fishermen won’t go out in their boats because they fear getting murdered by the United States.
