Dems have to answer the most insane questions about an impossibly small percentage of the population because they don't actually have any policy positions. Republicans can always be on attack because they never have to combat any legitimate Dem policies.

Any talk of trans health matters should immediately pivot to "Well, I think all Americans are in need of better health care and I will fight for Americans to be able to access healthcare for free and discuss health decisions with their doctor, free of government interference." But capitalism.
