Gráfico mostra como votaram os partidos da Câmara dos Deputados no PDL nº 3/2025, que visa impedir o acesso ao aborto legal para crianças vítimas de violência sexual e também proíbe campanhas governamentais contra o casamento infantil entre um adulto e uma criança. As barras estão divididas por partido, com cores indicando a porcentagem de cada tipo de voto: Verde: voto sim (a favor do projeto) Vermelho: voto não Amarelo: ausência Cinza: abstenção Entre os partidos com maior apoio ao projeto, destacam-se: Podemos (88% sim) PSD (87%) PL (84%) Republicanos (83%) Novo (80%) Progressistas e União Brasil (ambos com 78%) Partidos como PSDB, MDB, Avante e PRD também apoiaram majoritariamente, com variações entre 60% e 76%. Do outro lado, a oposição ao projeto foi liderada por: PSOL, PCdoB e Rede (100% contra) PT (90%) PV e Cidadania (75%) PSB (56%) Já partidos como PDT, Solidariedade e PRD tiveram votações mais divididas, com presença significativa de ausências e abstenções.

Por 317 a 111, a Câmara dos Deputados decidiu que crianças vítimas de abuso sexual e que engravidaram não podem mais ter acesso ao aborto legal sem autorização judicial.

O PDL 3/2025 agora segue para o Senado.
