This story was pleasantly and refreshingly honest. I didn’t know where it was meandering, but I was along for the ride. I cared about the characters, and I related so much to the protagonist. Life is messy but sometimes in a good way. CW: dark humor, death, suicidal thoughts

TJR is my favorite author. This wasn’t my favorite book of hers, but she’s still good. It took a while for me to visualize the characters and feel connected to them, but I eventually got there. I like Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo better, and listening to the audio book of Daisy Jones was amazing

Right now I’m reading a hardcopy of “Atmosphere” by Taylor Jenkins Reid about a fictional 1980s female astronaut. Then I’m listening to an audio book called “The Underwood Tapes” about a girl who can talk with a boy from back in time using cassette tapes. Very different lol

I really enjoyed the book! I would say 4 ⭐️s. It was a little different than I expected, but I enjoyed each character’s journey.
