It's taken me a long time, nearly 40 years to learn. I am not a bad person. I'm just a person, and bad things have happened to me. I didn't make those things happen. They just did. That doesn't make me bad.

I've been taking ozempic for about a month, and craziest thing that I can share with you about this experience is the feeling of full. I have been either starving or stuffed my whole life. I have always lived on those ends. Now, a magical place called full exists.

If ICE shows up:

-Don't open the door.
-Don't let them in.
-Don't answer any questions.
-Don't sign anything.

You have constitutional rights. You cannot be arrested, and your home cannot be entered or searched without a warrant signed by a judge (not ICE).

I love me some awkward yeti! I have a heart and brain I use to talk to kids about thinking and feeling.
