This IOCCC winner entry (International Obfuscated C Code Contest) made me smile. The code draws the current moon phase to the console.

It was quite fun revisiting these, with the main goal of replacing the old ones. I don't really have many iterations to share since their compositions were quickly nailed down, with most changes just being the coloring.

I also may or may not have been secretly reusing the Cloister's laser mesh for other projects months before the Pre-Fortress 2 update actually released...

The Cloister laser fully textured on the left and on the right is the completed model and texture inside of the game.

With the release of @prefortress.com CTF Cloister, the biggest contribution I did for that map is creating the giant laser for the end of round sequence.

It went through a few iterations before reaching to the final design and creating the entire sequence took around 2 months of work to complete.
