Turned 35 today. Had a perfect dinner date with my wife.

I love trippy dreams but the one last night really spooked me. It was a sleep paralysis one where I was trying my hardest to get up off the couch, even smashing my phone into my face to wake up and screaming, and feeling my demon pull my legs, but it felt so real. So gnarly.

Reminder that elite U.S. universities like Harvard once championed eugenics, sterilization laws, and racial pseudoscience that directly inspired Nazi policy. Academia has a long, well-documented history of siding with power over justice. Don’t mistake prestige for moral clarity.

-Started a novella and around 8k words.
-Debut novel went on back burner for a moment to write IP for tv show
-I’ve lost 15lbs since changing diet and exercising more last Tuesday
