Now I need to look her up and see what she posted about, although It'll probably be another half year until I have time to watch it all XD

What can I say... Nothing really. These are just games that meant something in my years alive. I like that I could get this ocassion to remember them. 😊

Well, the ones in the previous comment aren't any more, isn't it? πŸ™ˆ

That aside, guess why there are so many regulations for so many things out there? (the Darwin awards winners dedicated their lives to inspire them)

Guess one of the 'man vs bear' arguments just flew out the window now πŸ˜„

I think the usual logic behind this is the fear that these animals figured out how easy prey humans can be.

I'm a bit disgusted about the PR talk in the article though. They are to be shot. People read euthanasia and think of the chemical peaceful one, but no, they'll be hunted.

One of the worse things about writing adult stories is I can't say 'i wanna spend time with my babies' when about to write, without feeling like someone should call the police on me XD

art pose reference of a man holding up a sword in victory. art pose reference of a man sitting while holding a large sword. art pose reference of a man standing, holding two swords. One large sword rests on his shoulders, while a smaller is held in his other hand. art pose reference of a man crouched down, draped in gold chains.

New pose reference (with the always fantastic Aaron) sneak Peaks!
Gonna try and get this on out Monday. πŸ‘€πŸ‘€

Shower thoughts:

If there is a god, they're clearly not omnipotent.
If there isn't one, then we're on our own.

Either way, all we have is each other to count on...

Somebody on tiktok pointed out that they're trying to force necessity, like they did with electricity in the old days, to justify its existence, and I can't stop thinking about it.
Tech is long overdue a pause for optimisation, and it would rather choke on it than just do it.

Are apples more fruit than pears? Yes or no?

I wish I knew how to bridge this clear miscommunication we're having, but we clearly hit a wall I can't climb on my own, so let's stop here today.

This is too complex of a subject to discuss over 300 ch bursts of text.
Cruel people are and have always been a reality, but more that those, there were always also ppl just struggling to do better out of the little they had. Challenging each other is how we grew understanding. No divine inspo.

Look, I'm not celebrating anything. I'm just trying to explain that things are not black and white, and humanity is flawed. We, as a species try to do better, but we fumble more than we succeed because we don't have the foresight to figure out things from the start. You have a lump of dirt b4 a pot.

Progress doesn't happen in the blink of an eye, and minds don't magically change overnight either.

People calling out racism started out very low too... Feminism too. Every positive change that happened to society started from the lowest gutters before finding proper feet to stand on.

Considering the stories told on TV at the time, that episode was a very brave attempt to discussing a subject people still have no idea how to approach right now.

Sure, it missed a lot of points on many things, but that was not why I mentioned it. It's because it was a solid try. Many don't.

On that note, the link in your bio leads to something in German (?).
Do you have anything written in English?

I think star trek had a really lovely (and very sad) episode handling something like that, but looking at your worldbuilding can absolutely give u clues on how to create a situation, if u really want to discuss a subject.

That being said, it's okay to not discuss everything too.

Actually, don't worry about it. I didn't even finish this post to begin with. I'll remove it in 5 mins or so (to give u time to read this reply)

Oh, I wasn't aware... Ty for explaining.

I'm not sure I can remove the quote, but if u prefer, I can just delete the whole thing.

Should I?

Just a moment... I think the last clean-ish I posted was my best (growing skill and all that), but it's been a while (been working on my main project mostly)...

I do that too πŸ˜„

I think I glossed over more than half of the LOTR books when I read them, exactly because of that.

I actively remember flipping 3 pages in 3 seconds once, precisely because they stayed too long on describing the geography. Nice mountains, but what about Frodo, mate? πŸ˜„

No, don't worry. I recommend the non-spicy ones for a good dialogue-writing sample of mine because my kinky ones focus a lot more on describing sensations, for obvious reasons)

Hey, that's how I write too! To the point where sometimes I feel like I might overdo it, but I just haven't figured out how to blend some summarising in a satisfying enough manner.

In all fairness, though, as a kid my main criteria for reading a book was how much dialogue it had too πŸ˜„

Have you considered intentionally setting up the environment anti-plotline?

I had a character witnessing the most gorgeous sunset of her life while feeling like absolute trash, and her internal dialogue on it was so satisfying! (to me, at least)
