The AOS version is large breasts and curvy with hair delicately draped over her upper chest in a manicured pattern. She has long hair.

The TOS version is thin and gaunt. She has small breasts and plentiful hair growing on her arms and chest. A treasure trail seems to reach upward. She has bobbed hair.

I wrote that I think TOS Spock was forced to keep her hair long until she left for the academy and her mother still hasn't forgiven her for cutting it.
