We hear about publishers (and all the issues that entails) all the time, but it also takes so much space it looks like the only solution, short of being able to sustain one's self for the whole dev cycle, which is quite a luxury.

Six years ago, I wrote most of the Tragedian dialogue for Pathologic 2 in iambic pentameter. I'm back now doing the same for Pathologic 3. I figured it was helpful to write a guide on *how* I did it – in case I get hit by a bus and the team has to carry on without me.

As a european, I did a quick calculation. Assuming the lowest listed value, and that it's before taxes, it would be equivalent to *seventeen* years of what I earned at a min wage job. (Considering that game jobs are often min wage or close to, while still very rare, it hurts even more)

It's a cool and somewhat short metroidvania, with some cute lesbean stuff in one questline.
And Get in the car loser, it's an indie rpg that's very very gay (though cw, it also has heavy stuff with fashs)

Bonus anecdote, peeling from the opposite end is also how you can make the cartoon/mario kart banana peel with the stem on top and the three skin parts to make it stand

See, the books are considered separately, for legal purpose, and SH became nicer with time.
Due to this, there was a period during which asshole SH was in the public domain, but nice SH wasn't, hence the tendency for the misanthropist.

One thing I "love" about today society is the incentive to "monetize your hobbies" while also strangling the options to do so as much as possible and only being worth for the best of bests, without allowing easy room to grow since results must be immediate
