I said absolutely nothing about a “massive swing to other candidates.” I said that Republicans are more likely to vote for a same-party candidate they don’t otherwise agree with than Dems are, which is 100% true.

It won’t last. When it comes time to vote, even sensible Republicans will hold their noses and vote for whatever red candidate they have to vote for. Dems refuse to do that and throw tantrums/vote third party/don’t vote at all and fuck over all of us. 🙄
