After reading "The Fellowship of The Ring", I watched the movie.

It skipped parts that I deem very important to the story. The book was DEFINITELY better. Pretty good film though. I'll start reading "The Two Towers" tonight.

I have a clock that plays bird noises every hour. I once woke up just before 6am, went to use the toilet, got back into bed, then heard a demonic screaming sound. It was the clock playing the sound of a barn owl.
