People often tell me I’m one of the only young Jewish people they see advocating for Palestinian liberation. That always shocks me because there are so many of us loudly condemning this genocide. And more are speaking out every day.

This week, 27 rabbis were arrested inside Senator Thune’s office. They’re part of a multi-denominational coalition demanding 1) an end to Israel’s blockade and 2) the release of food aid into Gaza. THIS is what leadership looks like. And I’m d*mn proud of them.

How quickly we forget.

FYI only Congress can officially abolish the Department of Education. But Trump’s plan to gut it is moving forward because checks and balances in the United States are totally cooked.

It’s shocking that in 2025 it’s controversial to say that k*lling and starving children is unacceptable. Food and water are fundamental rights. Depriving a child of basic necessities and with it, the very experience of childhood, is a horrific crime that should disgust every one of us.

This brazen disregard for Palestinian lives is disgraceful. And it has to stop.

On Sunday, an Israeli airstrike k*lled six Palestinian children in Gaza as they waited to fill water containers. The military is blaming a technical malfunction for the tragedy. But after months of mass annihilation, that excuse rings hollow.

Jewish people in diaspora have become a proxy for the world’s frustration with the leaders of a nation state that claim to protect and represent us. I deeply resent this fact.

Hatred is not resistance, it’s cowardice.

Let me be crystal clear: attacking random Jewish people will not end the mass annihilation of our Palestinian cousins. In fact, co-opting freedom movements to become vehicles for hatred betrays the profoundly sacred nature of what a freedom movement is intended to do.

My heart is heavy. I’m sending warmth to her loved ones—and reminding us all: We are all free, or none of us are free. May her memory be a blessing

Today we learned that Karen Diamond, an 82-year-old Jewish woman, died from severe injuries after being set on fire. Her attacker yelled out “Free Palestine” while targeting a group of elderly Jews.

Infinite money for 💣s, but not for Medicaid.
Infinite money to detain and deport, but not to feed babies through SNAP.
Infinite money for billionaire tax breaks, but not a dime for reparations.

We have the resources. They’re just being used to fund harm instead of repair.

The way we speak about our Muslim and Arab siblings in moments like this matters deeply. Our critiques should be directed at systems, regimes, and destructive powers—not at entire communities. Don’t conflate the two.

So relieved a federal judge has ordered Mahmoud Khalil’s release. Now reunite that man with his wife and baby—expeditiously ❤️
