In effect, the ruling powers will be able to be polite. Many of them may even sincerely dislike the more outwardly right wing rags that serve them directly. Even the people at the top are wholy alienated from their labor.
Right wing public speakers serve a dual security function for the powers that be. the more outrageous and upsetting the commemtators' antics, the more likely they are to face the brunt of political violence in place of ruling powers (bankers, judges, etc).
