Finished my second playthrough of RE Requiem and honestly it’s like neck and neck as my favorite in the series right now. It’s so close, I might actually like it better than 4. It has no “bad” parts imo.

RE2 Remake didn’t have NG+ either but it effectively does. You can start the game with infinite ammo and stuff. Replayability still there.

I don’t find the overarching narrative and lore particularly interesting. But I do find the story of each game on its own very interesting and I love the characters in the context of the stories they’re in.
