You know a game is really good, when you’ve been playing it for weeks but you still can’t wait to get off work and go play more.

4 games that took me outside of my comfort zone, changing my perspective on gaming over the years.

Haven’t been burned this bad by a video game purchase in a long time but Arc Raiders is just so boring.

What my top 5 looks like for the year and probably won’t be changing! Incredible year.

I just couldn’t really get into it and I loved DS1. Silksong is the best but I hadn’t even played Hollow Knight until a few months ago.

If someone told me Silksong would be my GOTY and I wouldn’t play more than a few hours of Death Stranding 2. I seriously would not believe them.

It feels like Legends ZA was made specifically for my tastes. Infinitely better game than Arceus.

Pokémon Legends ZA complete! Loved it. My favorite Pokemon game probably since X and Y.

Anybody tryna trade me some trade evolutions for this dumb quest? I will love you forever.

I like to imagine the platinum trophy as a seal of approval. Like hey, this is the highest honor I can bestow upon you game.

Arc Raiders is so ass. I don’t understand the extraction shooter genre.

I try not to blame average people. They’re not bad most of the time, just lost. Good people getting taken in by this type of thinking.

It’s just sad man. Incredibly sad.

It’s kind of insane actually. I don’t know how such a large portion of the American people have been brainwashed into thinking it’s bad to spend taxpayer money on food and medical care for others.

Graphically, it’s just so perfect man. Obviously the whole game is incredible but damn I love the way it looks.

Now that I’ve beaten Ninja Gaiden and Power Wash, I can get fully consumed by Pokemon.

Perfect sequel! Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Ninja Gaiden 4 is seriously amazing. Platinum at the top of their game. I’m on the final chapter the game has absolutely flown by.

Really didn’t care for under the skin either. I think it’s a bit to artsy.

Ninja Gaiden 4 is just sick as hell.

This year is just insane for games, I feel like I’ve been playing an amazing game every week since the start of September.

I think we are at the point where we need to criticize these games more on their own merits and not what we want them to be. Like saying we deserve better is probably true but you can say that about any game you’re disappointed in.
