One thing I do as a spec. ed para is write notes of #affirmations and #praise. My go to ones are: “I LOVE how your brain works!” And “you can do hard things”

Thank you for making sure information was accurate! I genuinely appreciate the corrections, I have adhd and dyslexia and I often make mistakes regarding dates and spelling. I let my students correct me too! It actually helps our student/teacher relationship and makes them feel good! :)

Had a great classroom discussion today! We used weather to describe emotions and talked about how we have emotions we are not our emotions. And emotions come and go, just like weather.

Yes! Genuine Thank you for correcting my spelling mistake - the spelling makes a big difference in this one. 2 different words with different meanings censored as I wrote it is to hide which is not the case CENSURED is criticism - both describe a restrictive action from an authoritative body. :)

And ENDANGERING that Child resulting in a whole school needed to add extra security to protect ALL its students

Watched Maine Rep Laurel Libby say “they silenced me for speaking up for Maine girls” no hunny, they passed a vote and censored you for breaking a code of ethics and harassing/bullying a CHILD.
