Great blue heron mug - wheel thrown and hand carved … in progress

The kiln is slowly filling up for the first bisque firing - this load will get a second bisque firing after I apply underglaze to all the carved details and then a glaze firing - the first firing will happen right after my wrist surgery on Nov 18 and then everything else will be started as I recover
