So decided I'd try something a little different from the shirt and chinos look I've defaulted to for the last 15 years

Between karts and sim racing I've never seemed to have an issue left foot braking

only time it's difficult is with a booster

I rather like this idea.

I always struggle with feeling a bit awkward in new social groups and especially not drinking alcohol a bar can be an intimidating venue in a sense.

I do remember years ago though going to a littles meet in the US where we went to a corn maze which was rather fun.

Snapped suspension mount from around 1h in

Missing screw from the left out our body mount meant the bodywork was dragging on the floor for the last 30 mins

A complete tyre fialure. Ours from Saturday practice though other teams had this in the race

Not all smooth sailing though
1h into the race we snapped a suspension mount point which put us back to 6th having been as high as 2nd.

We had some luck in other teams having issues from tyres and even a motor

Then 40 mins to go our rear body mount came loose. We ended up leaving it until the end

Our car post race with the 3rd place trophies for each of our drivers

Race start - our car right at the back as we run behind the safety car

our car mid race ahread of the teams that would finish 7th & 5th

post race - a slightly battered & dirty car

After two weeks watching endurance racing with @little-doggoad.bsky.social I had another last weekend.

This time a 4 hour RC race.

Had been a little worried coming upto it as we were missing two drivers and had to get two local Jrs

But after qualifying 7th of 7
We came home in 3rd! 🏆

Is pretty :P

These aren't going to be everyone's cup of tea, but I'm a big history nerd and always wanted to do two things. Visit General Patton's gravesite in Luxembourg and the Bastogne War Museum (those of you into Band of Brothers might like that though) #WW2

One thing I do find helps os the cut the front wings a little to the edge of the tape panels so they don't wrap around me
