Rook is getting tired of these big boy thoughts and words, so he decided to take it into his own hands. Locked little boy bits, a paci and cute shirt… oh and a fresh start on that cute little mane. Now he just needs his diaper and this kitty is ready to start his new little life ;3

I think a really important part of the regression experience for a cubby is a good start. A transition from the adult mindset into the little mindset. My favorite is to start with a bubble bath.

My favorite part of a big, gradual regression arc is when they realize how much they've been frog-in-the-kettled.
Maybe it's after months of wet mornings, maybe it's looking down at their baby-powder-dusted permanent cage, but I love the moment of "I was an adult before I met Graham."
When dealing with Littles, remember that there's a difference between "Still in Diapers" and "Back in diapers".
Still in diapers implies that they've always been a baby or needed padding. Back in diapers suggests some regression had been applied to make sure they're properly dressed.
Caretaker Tip: Some regular rituals can really help your Little separate grown-up responsibilities from time to relax and feel Small. At the end of a work week, make a point of confiscating big kid clothes and lay out some kiddo outfits for them to change into to get the weekend started right.
A frustrating part of having ADHD as a kinky person is i can't ever focus on a kink for very long. I haven't been in an abdl mood for over a month, so my social goes quiet. I feel like I'm letting all my little cubbies down.
