Just heard that Trump is putting an end to atmospheric monitoring site NY67 that is run out of my lab. This is one of the oldest NADP sites in the US, continually measuring acid rain and other pollutants since 1977. Closing it down is tragic.

Another conversation with Liberty: Performance activism is fun, and entertaining.. but without action, the performance is empty and meaningless. Wear the red lipstick. Paint your nails red. …if you don’t also make sure you call, write, and join the resistance with your skills - What is the point?

Teaching Liberty that standing up for what you believe in, can cost you a lot. It can cost you your friends; your family; your job; your home; and ultimately your life. There are costs for holding and living your values. Make sure you stand with those who are worth dying for.
