Congratulations to students in Scotland who picked up their physics qualifications today. The results show that more young people in Scotland are taking on the challenge of physics - with entries increasing at National 5 and Higher levels.

Students also had the opportunity to showcase their quantum experiments through poster presentations. Harry and Ama experimented with a Trans-Impedance Amplifier for laser stabilisation in Ion trapping under the supervision of some of the leading researchers in the field.
