Today, I planned to remove my doublet and give it an overhaul. I found that the cord I use to haul the centre up to the chimney was badly worn so I can't use that again. The unused TV and FM radio antennas are both broken so may get an aerial guy to go up and sort it all out.

Are they still suffering from poor rx sensitivity?

The log shows 3 contacts on Fri for me on 15m but I made one on normal mode and one on SF so I can't help I'm afraid.

I worked E6AD twice this morning on 15m FT8, before breakfast on normal mode and after breakfast on superfox just for the hell of it. Around 9am but they didn't seem to stay on SF mode for long, they were a good signal.

I got my new rotator installed today but it wasn't a quick job. I also installed a new 1:1 balun for my 40/30m nested inverted-V.

Hope it will be less windy tomorrow.

I've only got a dipole on 17m but putting the mast up would have helped

I need V6 on CW, at least I can turn my antenna now even if the controller is going loopy

I was trying to work out why my rotator isn't working properly after fitting a new drive belt in the controller. Switched on 17m, saw you work him and switched off. I remembered my mast is only partially extended so I wouldn't have heard VK9.
