Do you have tips or tricks for keeping your team informed and engaged?

AI conversations: I ask o4 to impersonate a typical engineer at Agora and have it ask me questions about the tech stack or strategy. I do this in Voice Mode while making breakfast or lunches. This helps me decide what topics to write about or ping the team about.

Reminders: My calendar / Slack is full of small reminders that say, message Person about Topic. So when they pop in, I do it.

I load up my calendar + Slack every few weeks to keep this top of mind.

Voice Notes -> Docs: While driving, I record voice notes and then run them through an AI pipleine to create docs:

Transcript -> (Gemini || Grok) -> o1 -> Notion

Gemini and Grok are better at parsing the raw text, but o1 knows my style.

Voice Notes: I typically send quick voice notes to my team with things that are on my mind for the week. Voice notes help convey emotion better than text, however, they tend to be more noisy and less precise. Still, if you can be focused and emotive, they are fantastic.
