Update to this (no one cares)
My sister and I called this morning, and, what do you know, the manager waved their magic wand and was able to do everything over email, which were previously told was not possible.
So either they lied to us, or the manager bent the rules to save the account lol

The young people will:
- Recognize Heavy from TF2
- Recognize Max from Furaffinity
- Learn about Homestar Runner dot Com
- Wonder what's so special about this fourth guy who is just every person they've ever blocked on social media

And then I'm also having another issue regarding a *different* commission, but essentially something completely out of my control happened and now if I bring up my issue it will seem like I'm being really tone deaf and inconsiderate.........

I'm dealing with a very very very stupid problem regarding an outfit design choice for a character pic.
It isn't even a real issue but I'm severely overanalyzing it.

Went to a bank to renew a CD. Showed up 30 minutes before closing, the clerk was having difficulty with the computer and her supervisor was constantly breathing down her neck about how soon they're closing.
