Our Group Programme has really got into the festive spirit over the past few weeks 🎅

Through the programme's Cooking & Baking Group and Arts & Crafts Group, the young people participating have made a wide range of Christmas decorations and festive treats 🎄

Our own Listening Peers programme shows the mental health benefits of peer support. Just last year, 37 young people who engaged with the programme improved their mental health 🌟

Maya, one of our Young Ambassadors and Listening Peers Mentors, and our Young Ambassadors Coordinator Grant have been at a @ypi-scotland.bsky.social event at Rosehill High School to talk to students about what difference we could make if we were selected to receive £3,000 through the initiative!

A huge thank you to @therobertsontrust.bsky.social for awarding us a grant of £105,000 to continue our educational support programme for another 3 years, enabling the programme to keep supporting young people to gain the skills they need to move on to employment & other meaningful destinations!

Our Build You Up team have completed the full course including fire safety, practical skills and employability support. A massive well done to all that attended!

Throwback to when our Build You Up group visited our good friends at BuildU for a practical workshop delivered by Balfour Beatty on trade skills and building planters out of pallets!

Our Young Ambassador & Listening Peers Mentor Kerra delivered a training session on trauma informed practice to other young people as part of her PDA in Youth Work!

The session was a culmination of a placement Kerra has done with us for the PDA, delivered by @edinburghcollege.ac.uk 😊

Thanks to a £39,789 grant from @eastlothiancouncil.bsky.social 's No One Left Behind Employability Grants Programme, we're able to continue our Spark Your Future programme for another year & we're recruiting for the ESW 16+ who'll take over the delivery of it!

Five our our young people who have completed the two-day @mybnkuk.bsky.social Money Works course 👏

They will now all gain an SCQF Level 4 Personal Money Management qualification as a result ✅

Our Young Ambassadors recently responded to a consultation on the proposed Youth Work (Scotland) Bill put forward by
