The second book from @bebeashley.bsky.social is published in June by @bansheepress.bsky.social. It charts the poet's attempt to become a sign language interpreter and weaves together words, language, communication, the physical and the ephemeral. Two short extracts below⬇️

Today has unexpectedly become a very exciting day! The digital proof of Harbour Doubts has made its way to shore! 🚣‍♀️ On this readthrough, I'm so grateful for all the people who have helped make this book happen!

What nobody warned me about bullet journalling was that I would have an overwhelming desire to rip out every page with the slightest mistake on (which is so far every page).

Today, I’ve reached 2020 in the ‘Lived Experience’ part of my PhD. Grateful to at least have the comfort of this view as I begin to even try explaining the impact the pandemic had (and continues to have) on this work and the world.
