A screen grab of the top of the page on the mobile version on the winter papers website with the title of my essay and a grid arrangement of four of my blank and white photographs showing things I saw as I sat with my grandmother as she was dying in a nursing home. Her shoes under the bed and the make of the bed, Royal Masterpeace, on a label on the side of the bed. Fairy lights against the wall. A makeshift Christmas tree made from a branch with baubles and a wall click and mobile upright medical device. A card that says Be Better Soon.
