After every COP, I have only this suggestion: source of news should be a careful and deliberate choice. And getting news from a diversity of sources is good because it allows comparison and hopefully, critical thinking. Another tip is to check for attribution and evidence in media reports

Tip for journalists: if a rich country negotiator blames another country for 'obstruction', journalism demands a scrutiny of the claim; not blind parroting. And maybe ask how discussions on finance are going. Also track record on domestic climate action because saying the right thing at COPs is easy
