Patrick Ryan is a wonderful teacher. There’s definitely a learning curve for sourdough bread but it gets easier with practice. Best of luck.

My 101 YO mother received notice that she is no longer eligible for Medicaid unless she reapplies by the end of August. Then she is required to reapply every 6 mos. Maybe they think she should get a job? She can’t walk, eat, drink or toilet herself but she still can sing all the Tony Bennett songs.
He can’t even control his bowels much less the actions of two countries.
