It's probable obstruction of justice. She is interfering with an investigation of possible homocidal criminal violence to provide political support for the POTUS who appointed her. If a conspiracy of incitement of violence could be established, she may even be an accessory after the fact in murders!

Gallego: I think it's ridiculous that Kristi Noem just went out right away and basically called this poor victim, a violent terrorist. That right there is impeachable. She lied about a citizen to justify his murder. The president should ask for her resignation.
