I've stopped watching news. I read a summary once a day (1440) and that's it. It's the only way I'll emotionally survive the next 4 years. What a time we live in now, eh?

Life isn't about avoiding these things, or rating whose is worse, or imagining that others have it better. It's about linking arms, crying and laughing and walking both the terrible and the transcendent together. 3/fin

To live an authentic life, we must release what no longer serves us. (Even if it served us well in the past. We don't owe loyalty to outmoded ways of thinking and being.)

Fell asleep @ 9pm. Awoke at 11:30 full of anxiety. (Like one does.) Contemplated comfort eating. My stomach said, "Thank you, no. Try gentle music or a sleep story instead." Harsh.
