Herbert finished QB10 this year. His inability to generate rushing TDs really holds him back from being an elite fantasy QB.

Working on my quarterback rankings and Herbert is difficult player to rank. Here are his rushing stats compared to Josh Allen:

Allen: 112 car, 579 yards, 14 TDs
Herbert: 83 car, 498 yards, 2 TDs

Herbert could be a top 8 fantasy QB but his inability to score on the ground is a major hindrance.

I know next to nothing but that looked like pure unbridled joy in sport form.

I feel lied to because Bullitt (1968) is a Law & Order episode with a very cool car chase scene in the middle of it. It's not an action movie nor is it a particularly good film. The plot is contrived. It feels like a movie specifically for conservative, pro-law enforcement car guys.

American sports are too rigged against labor and the draft is a great way to limit costs for owners. But, it decreases competitiveness and creates a worse product. Also, by creating a 2nd league, you offer more opportunities to expand to new markets like Nashville, Seattle, Raleigh, Austin, etc.

The NBA would be more fun with two changes:

1.) Introduce a tiered league structure and relegation: Two worst teams get relegated to the G-League, or whatever you call it. Allow for the creation of more teams in different markets.

2.) Abolish the draft in favor of free agent signings.
