MANT also solved my number one issue *with* URA, which was having overly generous goals that meant losing a race could still represent progress- even if you want to win that race. MANT lets me re-roll for wins and I like that more.
URA scenario’s adherence to storylines crimps perfectly solid niche racers by making them run in historical-but-hard-to-win-without-compromising-building-the-best-overall-racer-races
Classic examples are like Tokai Teio having to run the Spring TS, which is a hard 550-stam wall
