This is what happens when Congress abdicates its oversight role. Vaccines do not cause autism. That is settled science. Back in my day agencies used to be response to their oversight committees.

I can't begin to even say how much I oppose this move. It flies in the face of science and evidence. But also history. We know what happens when children aren't vaccinated because it hasn't been so long since vaccines were invented.

(And FWIW I loved DC so much more then - before the gentrification and snooty restaurants and fancy apartment buildings)

But it’s more than that. There was something ironic working to influence public policy and effectively not having a vote. There is no good reason for DC not to have statehood. Today’s actions by the President are just another reason why we need DC statehood now. Call your Senators and Representative

I didn’t grow up in DC. I moved into the city and became a DC citizen in 2001. The years I lived in the District were wonderful. It is a great city with great people. But I hated not having Congressional representation. Taxation without representation is fundamentally un-American.

Played a three hour match this morning from 9:30 - 12:30 then jumped in a clinic at 1 for an hour. 93 degrees, 107 heat index. But this is why we play all summer in Florida. You get to a level of conditioning that you just can’t up north.
