idk I've always felt the top half of Ralsei's design feels off without something being there, I always felt like the hat+glasses combo completed a look that really complimented Kris and Susie's dark world designs, but there's realistically a reason why it's gone beyond "it was covering his face"

I kinda wish Ralsei kept his hat but not the shadow covering his face, I think the silhouette of his Ch1 design is perfect for him

I get why the shadow needed to go even if I still really liked it but I think the hat really should've stayed

+ on top of that, the sirens at the start and the general vibe reminds me a lot of Your Best Nightmare, this is a fight you're not supposed to win and the music is basically screaming that at you

I think one of my big draws to it is how much it sounds like a much more serious and brutal Nightmare Knight, and that makes me really excited for the follow-up version
