I actually saw the same thing with my copy of The Catcher in The Rye, I wonder if this is common.

05.02.2025 21:25 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0This is what happens when you put a lot of energy into something without direction. But thatโs not entirely true either. I hope you get the gist.
05.02.2025 21:18 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 0Actually it's hard to say since I think I describe my process differently every time. It's intense, because I put a lot of energy into it, but at the same time it is laissez-faire as you said, because I go with the flow - I work on it for long time but I never maintain the initial idea of the work.
05.02.2025 21:12 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I'd say this is a result of me painting very slowly. The more time I spend on it the more weird and interesting it becomes. I try to always keep the old layers/brush strokes on, so a lot of texture and interesting spots happen, solely because I changed my mind on it and drew over it multiple times.
